PROGRAMS
In order to be successful in your pursuit for a healthier and more active lifestyle, you must have a plan in place. When I design your custom program, I take into consideration many factors like your lifestyle, time constraints, activity level, goals, etc. Please see options below and if you're interested, let's connect to get started!
1:1 Personal Training

Personal training programs are available via face-to-face if you are in the Harlingen, TX area and virtually if you are located anywhere else in the world. Training programs are designed in 30 day blocks and will include your nutrition program and exercise program for the full 30 days (including the days you train independently).
Health coaching and booty building included.
- Includes a fitness assessment which will be done prior to starting your program
- Training is available once, twice or three times weekly
- Each session is one hour in length
- 24/7 support if you need that extra push and motivation
Independent Training


If you are not interested in personal training and would like a custom exercise program and/or nutrition program designed for you, I can help you as well. These programs can be created together or separately and are designed in 30 day blocks.
Health Coaching
- Includes your daily meal breakdown according to your macronutrient profile aligned with your unique goals
- Designed with allergies, intolerances, sensitivities and dislikes in mind
- Nutrition advice and supplement recommendations aligned with your goals
- 24/7 support if you need that extra push and motivation
Exercise Program
- Includes a fitness assessment which will be done prior to starting your program
- Program designed to accommodate equipment you have available. (Ex: If you workout at home and have limited equipment, I will use this equipment in mind when designing your program.)
- Includes booty building program if that is of interest
- Includes exercise videos to ensure you achieve proper form
- 24/7 support if you need that extra push and motivation
